The French automotive industry chose PEAK reference for assessing the quality of customer relationships



From this Thursday, January 14, 2015 until the end of March, the PEAK © Collaborative Index will be applied to the whole of the French automotive industry.
This process is conducted in partnership with the AFP (French Automotive Platform). PFA thus committed an approach that will enable it to assess objectively, independent and sustainable way the quality of customer-supplier relationships. French first sector to use globally the PEAK repository Collaborative Index ©, PFA aims to become a pioneer on the subject.
In addition, for its 4th national edition, a survey PEAK Collaborative Index © not linked to a particular economic sector will be launched from the beginning of February

PEAK program (www.peak-purchasing.com) is coordinated by Thésame with the support of member companies (A Raymond, Aventics, bioMérieux, Groupe Danone Bledina, Gerflor, Hospices Civils de Lyon, NTN SNR, Salomon, Somfy, SNCF, Staubli, Vinci Energies), researchers (EM Lyon, Grenoble INP Grenoble EM, ESSEC, IAE Grenoble, IAE Savoie Mont Blanc CERAG, IREGE, Irima, GSCOP, CRET Log), the F2I (Fund for Innovation and the IAJ Industries), the UDIMERA, the General Council of Haute-Savoie, in the Rhône-Alpes Regional Council and the Competitiveness Mont Blanc Industries cluster.
  PEAK © Collaborative Index is based on the model known as the "collaborative standards" co-developed from theoretical and empirical work on collaborative THESAME, the Socrates office, the IREGE laboratory and ESSEC Business School.
