Contexte et Objectifs du projet
La transition des entreprises vers l’industrie du futur intègre différentes dimensions. Elle remet en question le modèle économique, la chaine de valeur, l’organisation et le fonctionnement de l’entreprise, ainsi que la relation avec les clients et les partenaires de l’écosystème. Le projet Accel 4.0 vise à soutenir la transformation du tissu industriel, développer la création de nouveaux produits et adapter les compétences aux enjeux actuels et à venir en partant du besoin des industriels et en s’appuyant sur la recherche associée. Il aborde quatre axes principaux : 1. Digitalisation de l’offre : produit-service intelligent ; 2. Fabrication additive : vers la personnalisation de masse ; 3. Intelligence artificielle pour le manufacturing ; 4. Industrie éco-responsable. Le projet ACCEL 4.0 a un double objet :
- Codévelopper avec les entreprises, et les PME en particulier, des offres d’accompagnement innovantes dans leurs choix stratégiques pour leur transition
- Fabriquer avec les entreprises les compétences nécessaires pour mener avec succès leur transition
The transition of companies to the industry of the future integrates different dimensions. It calls into question the economic model, the value chain, the organization and operation of the company, as well as the relationship with customers and partners in the ecosystem. The Accel 4.0 project aims to support the transformation of the industrial fabric, to develop the creation of new products and to adapt skills to current and future challenges, starting from the needs of industry and relying on associated research. It addresses four main areas: 1. digitalization of the offer: intelligent product-service; 2. additive manufacturing: towards mass customization; 3. artificial intelligence for manufacturing; 4. eco-responsible industry. The ACCEL 4.0 project has a dual purpose:
- To co-develop with companies, and SMEs in particular, innovative support offers in their strategic choices for their transition
- To build with companies the skills needed to successfully carry out their transition
