Resicled - Recovery Strategy Index for End of Life Conscious DesignRéduire les impacts environnementaux des produits est devenue une nécessité sociétale afin de faire face aux enjeux du développement durable. C'est également un impératif pour le monde industriel qui se traduit notamment par la prise en compte de la phase de fin de vie des produits dès leur conception.
Cette démarche d'
éco-conception dispose désormais d'un outil informatique pertinent destiné aux concepteurs de produits électriques et électroniques. Le logiciel
Resicled a été développé par une équipe de recherche du laboratoire G-SCOP à Grenoble. Il permet aux concepteurs d'évaluer le taux de recyclabilité de leurs produits, d'identifier les points faibles de conception et d'envisager des stratégies de re-conception selon les résultats. L'outil se veut pédagogique, il accompagne le concepteur dans sa démarche d'éco-conception.
RePRO2 - REmanufacturer à l'aide de PROfils PROduits
In the last few years remanufacturing has become recognised as being both a profitable and "green" End-of-Lifecycle strategy, providing manufacturers with an efficient and responsible method to comply with current and forthcoming environmental legislation.
For remanufacturing to be applied with the greatest possible profitability and efficiency it is important that the specific requirements imposed by remanufacturing are considered during the design phase, specifically, the ease with which an End-of-Lifecycle product can be disassembled, cleaned, tested and reassembled. This study considered the factors affecting the success of a remanufacturing operation. A wide range of products that are already successfully remanufactured were analysed. This led to the development of 11 "Remanufacturable Product Profiles" and the creation of the Repro² software. The objective is to give designers the possibility to compare the product being developed with the 11 product profiles, to identify which profile best matches the profile of their product, and then to identify which aspects of the design the designer should concentrate their efforts.
In order to validate and improve this model, it is vital to collect as much product information as possible.
CLOEE - Closed Loop Environmental Evaluations
This software propose a product model that allows to consider the recovery strategies for components taking into account several usage phases. It helps the designer to create different life scenarios for products under design and provide the comparisons between the environmental impacts for the different designed life cycles.
PSS Tool - Product Service System Tool Tool helping industrials to characterise different offers from different sectors of activity. It helps to understand the key points of the offer if the industrial decide to provide the offer as a PSS.
